Clearing the Web Brower's Cache

To speed up internet browsing, most web browsers store a copy of the pages that you have recently visited in a cache. This enables the "back button" as well as speeding up the display of pages that you have looked at recently that have not changed. This can present a problem when something has been changed but for whatever reason does not get updated in the browser's cache preventing the user from seeing the most recent content.

Below are instructions for manually clearing the cache of many popular web browers:

Internet Explorer 7

Firefox
1. Go to the Tools Menu and select "Clear Private Data"
2. Be sure to check "Cache"
3. Click on "Clear Private Data Now"

Safari
1. Go to the Safari Menu and select "Empty Cache"
