In general the following settings can be used for any email client:

POP server (incoming): cooper.physics.ucla.edu
IMAP server (incoming): cooper.physics.ucla.edu
SMTP server (outgoing): smtp.physics.ucla.edu

Please note that Both POP and IMAP are available from within the department. However IMAP is not available from outside the department.
