Submitting a Helpdesk Request
- Click on the "Submit Helpdesk Request" link on the left
- All fields are required, so please complete all fields
- Click on "Submit" to submit your request
Once your request is submitted, confirmation emails will be generated and sent to you and the IT Support Group, including your request ticket number and a link to it.
- The "Reset" button gets you fresh copy of the form
Checking Status and/or Adding Comments to a Ticket
- The email you received confirming your request includes a link to your request ticket number. Click on the provided link and your ticket will be displayed on your web browser.
- Another option is to simply go to the Physics or Astronomy Helpdesks, click on "Browse the Queue", and click on the "Edit" link to view, add comments or follow up notes.
Things to Keep in Mind

If you are not sure about any of the questions, select "NA" or "Other" where applicable and once we receive your request we'll help you figure out the problem and come up with a solution.
