A web based helpdesk ticketing system is being put in place of email requests for IT support.

This is the first step towards improved quality of customer experience, streamlining and combining IT services for both divisions!

GPG is a free, open-source implementation of OpenPGP. It lets you easily encrypt, decrypt, and digitally sign files and emails.
