IT Helpdesk Implemented!!!

A web based helpdesk ticketing system is being put in place of email requests for IT support.

This is the first step towards improved quality of customer experience, streamlining and combining IT services for both divisions!

Connecting From Home via VPN

To connect to the VPN you need to have a VPN account setup for you. The best way to do this is to submit a helpdesk request. Once you have an account setup you can use the following settings to connect.

PPTP: vpn.physics.ucla.edu
